As a multidisciplinary engineering firm our company maintains a team of highly experienced Lead Engineers in several disciplines that include electrical, civil and mechanical engineering. Their role is to coordinate in house engineering deliverables and those specialized consulting firms.
In EPCM mode the engineering group’s main responsibilities include:
- Preparation of drawings and technical specifications for the basic and detailed engineering components according to the client’s requirements and within the established budget and schedule
- Management of the quality, progress and performance of engineering activities
- Management of the content of engineering documents, including the technical aspect and the project’s scope and budgets
